"Lighting With Dinosaurs: Why my flash tubes are older than my assistants" by Shane Bevel

Shane Bevel has been a photographer for more than 20 years. First as a staff photojournalist but in the last ten have pursued a mix of commercial and editorial assignments. The habit of pursuit, Shane  has found, is not a snooze button, readily dismissed with the smack of a heavy hand. One eye, forever, remains focused on the thrill of the chase of the story around the corner, set to go off.
